I’m Zoran Prokopovic, founder of Ziss Craft. I began my career as a cabinetmaker overseas, completing my apprenticeship in 2005, where I learned the core skills of joinery and the importance of precision. Later, I moved to Australia, earned my Certificate IV in Kitchen & Bathroom Design in 2020, and continued to deepen my expertise. Over 20 years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects—from intricate bespoke joinery to full-scale renovations—always maintaining a strong focus on achieving exceptional fit and finish. My experience across countries and industries shapes how I approach every project today.

Growing up, I watched previous generations craft furniture by hand; their patience and pride influenced my approach. Relocating abroad to build a new life and business taught me to merge practical problem-solving with refined aesthetics. I am passionate about overcoming challenging on-site conditions and ensuring families enjoy their spaces daily—this is the greatest reward.
Zoran began his cabinetmaking business overseas in 2005, earning a reputation for precision and quality. After relocating to Australia in 2013, he began working with Three Dimensional Company and later continued with S&S Design, offering custom cabinetry and renovations. By 2020, the business had expanded into kitchen and interior design, evolving into Ziss Craft and collaborating with 3D Company on design-led projects throughout Perth.
During his time with Three-Dimensional Furniture Company, Zoran worked alongside distinguished cabinetmakers, expanding his expertise and refining his craftsmanship. He benefited from the knowledge of master artisans while contributing to prestigious projects for GIORGI in Western Australia. This hands-on experience informed the high standards and meticulous attention to detail characterising Ziss Craft today.
Behind every project at Ziss Craft is Zoran Prokopovic, a designer and craftsman with over two decades of hands-on experience in cabinetry, interiors, and kitchen renovation.
Zoran’s journey began in 2005, when he founded his first cabinetmaking company overseas. He mastered traditional joinery techniques and developed a lifelong passion for precision craftsmanship. These early foundations — built through patience, discipline, and attention to every small detail — continue to shape his approach today.
After moving to Australia in 2013, Zoran established S&S Design, providing custom cabinetry for homes across Perth. His interest in interior design expanded naturally as his projects grew in scale and style. In 2025, he redefined his business as Ziss Craft, creating a service that merges design thinking with the fine art of cabinetmaking.
To formalise his design expertise, Zoran completed a Certificate IV in Kitchen and Bathroom Design (Designer Training Australia, 2022), where he was honoured as Student of the Year 2022. His dedication to the craft and his eye for timeless, functional design were recognised in an article published by Designer Training Australia, highlighting his journey from traditional cabinetmaking to contemporary design excellence.
Since then, Zoran has collaborated with Three-Dimensional Company on prestigious residential projects for renowned builder GIORGI. He has learned directly from old-school master cabinetmakers and refined his approach to meet the exacting standards of Perth’s most luxurious homes.
Clients describe Zoran as attentive, creative, and deeply committed to getting every detail right — from the first design sketch to final installation. His work blends European craftsmanship with modern Australian design, producing spaces that are elegant, functional, and built to last.
“For me, craftsmanship is about respect for materials, the client’s vision, and the time it takes to do things properly. Every project is personal. I treat it as if I were building it for my home.”
